KITTEN SALE CONTRACT
This agreement is between Buyer, ________________________ and Seller, Olga Kovalchuk (Breeder).

The Kitten described above is being sold as a pet quality, for the sum of ________ $
Conditions of Sale:
1. This Kitten is sold as a pet only. The Buyer will have to spay/neuter the Kitten before the age of 1 year and provide the proof neutering/spaying to the Seller and after that new owner will get a pedigree for a kitten. If Buyer will not provide proof of neutering the Buyer will pay a $ 400 fee to the Seller and Kitten will be returned to the cattery.
2. The Buyer will not, under any circumstances, give, sell, or lease the Kitten/Cat to any animal shelter, research facility, laboratory, pet store, or other commercial or noncommercial enterprise. In the event that the Buyer can no longer keep the Kitten/Cat, the Breeder will be contacted immediately as a first option to assist in the placement of the animal.
3. This Kitten/Cat WILL NOT be declawed.
4. Buyer agrees to keep the Kitten/Cat clean, healthy, and free of parasites, free of stress and harassment. Buyer will provide a sanitary, indoor environment of sufficient room and space. The environment will be free of hazards, safe, and secure and temperature controlled. The Buyer will keep the Kitten/Cat in a homelike, loving atmosphere, not subject to unnecessary confinement.
5. The Kitten/Cat will not be mistreated, and will have fresh food, water and a clean litter box at all times. The Kitten/Cat will receive frequent and kind human attention. The Kitten/Cat will be provided with scratching post or/and cardboard scratchboard, as well as with plenty of toys.
6. Under no circumstances will the Buyer permit this Kitten/Cat to roam freely outdoors except on a leash (under close supervision). The Kitten/Cat will not be caged, or kept in an unsuitable room, basement or garage.
7. Under no circumstances will this Kitten/Cat be leased, loaned, sold, given to, or co-owned with another breeder without the original Seller's written authorization.
8. The Kitten/Cat will receive yearly veterinary examination to include any care needed to maintain the ongoing good health of this animal. The Kitten/Cat will not be denied veterinary care at any time. Kitten will be vaccinated for FRVCP on kitten age, dewormed and has a flea treatment.
9. Seller reserves the right to inquire information about Kitten's/Cat's health conditions at any time.
10. Seller assumes NO responsibility for Buyer's allergies to cats, disapproval of landlord, lack of proper house training for this Kitten/Cat, etc. No refund will be issued for these reasons.
11. Seller makes no guarantees as to the Kitten's temperament. We pride ourselves on socializing our kittens, but we cannot predict how the Kitten will act after it leaves the familiar environment of our cattery and its littermates. It is Buyer's responsibility to slowly transition Kitten to its new home. Seller acknowledges that some kittens may take longer than others to adjust to their new surroundings.
12. A deposit of 50% is required to reserve a Kitten/Cat. All kittens will be held in the order of deposits received. All deposits are non-refundable.
13. In case if Buyer will no pick up(or unable to) Kitten on or before the date when Kitten is ready to go to new home the Buyer will pay $20/day for Kitten's care.
14. Buyer is solely responsible for any transportation fees upon sale of this Kitten.
15. If any of the conditions listed above were not followed by the Buyer Kitten/Cat will be returned to seller at the Buyer's expense.
16. Seller (Breeder) accepts the following methods of payments: Cash, cashier checks, wire transfer, Chase quick pay.
17. Kitten will be registered in TICA and WCF systems and will have a registration number.

Health Guarantee:
1. Seller operates a FeLV/FIV negative cattery and guarantees this Kitten/Cat is in good health, free of feline leukemia and all other major diseases to the best of the Seller's knowledge at the time of sale.
2. This Kitten is guaranteed to be in good health for a period during first 72 hours from the time when Kitten leaves Seller's house. The Breeder recommends the Buyer to take the Kitten/Cat to their own veterinarian (at Buyer's expense) within the first 72 hours for their own satisfaction and protection. If found to be medically unsound with a serious or life threatening condition, the Breeder/Seller must be notified. Upon his/her return, it will be replaced with another kitten of equal value, if available. NO CASH REFUNDS. Report from the vet must be provided to the seller. No vet costs will be refunded.
3. This health guarantee will be waived if the Kitten dies of a virus from contact with another animals not bred by the Cats Kingdom*USA Cattery. This guarantee of health is void if the Buyer has the Kitten vaccinated for FIV or FIP. These vaccines are very stressful to the immune system and are not necessary for the continued health of an indoor only kitten who doesn't have repeated contact with other cats. The Buyer has right to check Kittens health during first 72 hours from the time Kitten was obtained by the Buyer. After that period Seller will not be held responsible for any Kitten's health issues/problems. Associated veterinarian fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
4. The Kitten/Cat cannot be returned after the 72 hour health guarantee period has expired or it has been exposed to another cat which has not been currently tested for FeLV and FIV. After 72 hours of the health guarantee period the Seller cannot be held accountable for future FeLV/FIV/FIP and any other bacterial or viral infectious disease, parasites, or fungus, due to the fact that these can be contracted anywhere in the environment after leaving the Seller's home.
5. In case if Kitten gets sick or dies after 72 hours from the time Kitten left Seller's house, the Buyer will not have any claims against the Seller and will not ask for replacement or reimbursement for the vet bills. Seller will not be responsible for the Kitten's health issues/problems after the 72 hour health guarantee period has expired.
6. Health guarantee will not be honored if ownership changes.
Return Policy:
1. The Breeder agrees to accept the Kitten back and refund the purchase price excluding deposit (deposit is not refundable) if within 14 days the Buyer finds that allergy reactions make it impossible to keep the Kitten/Cat.
2. If at any time after the first 30 days the Buyer can no longer take care of the Kitten/Cat, the Breeder agrees to accept the Kitten/Cat back without an obligation to refund the purchase price.
Breach Of Contract
The Buyer's signature indicates that the Buyer has reviewed and discussed this contract with the Breeder prior to receiving said Kitten/Cat, and is in a full agreement and approval of the above terms and conditions. Any legal action which may arise under the terms of this contract will be brought in San Diego County in the state of California. Buyer shall be liable for any court costs and related charges including attorney's fees associated with Seller enforcing the terms of this contract. This agreement is the entire agreement between parties.

If you'll buy a kitten from CATS KINGDOM*USA CATTERY:
1) You buying a British shorthair kitten which meets all the standards of this breed and guaranteed to be socialized, healthy, liter box trained and registered on one of the cats associations TICA or WCF.
2) We do not accept visits our kittens because it can be little dangerous. We do not want to risk safety to our family and pets. But we do accept visits just for look at the cats or pick up a kitten.
3) We do ship our kittens (shipping fee not included into price) when kitten turn 3 month old.
When you buying kitten in our cattery you need to know:

2. Litter pan. We are recommend to buy litter pan without cover.
For litter we are using "Fresh Step" litter.
3. Scratching tree.
4. Food. We use for feeding our cats raw blends produce by our company. We not recommend to change a food for first 5-7 days because kittens will be in a stress and we don't want that you'll have any health issues.

New kitten's owner will receive a sales contract. Kittens will be litter trained, scratch tree trained, partially or fully vaccinated, and dewormed. Rabies vaccine is not required until 4 months of age. Medical records will be provided. Upon neutering at the age of 6-8 months you will be able to obtain a copy of kitten's pedigree from TICA. Please submit a copy of your vet bill by mail/email and I will send you all the necessary documentation.
Our kittens staying with us until 12-16 weeks of age anв time. No exceptions! If you'll need to make special arrangements and pick your kittens at a later time please do ask me about that.
